Corentin Sivy to become CEO of the VALOREM Group

As of January 2026, Corentin Sivy will become Chief Executive Officer of VALOREM Group, the French IPP pioneer of renewable energy.

 

He will work alongside Jean-Yves Grandidier, Founder and Chairman of the Group. His appointment marks a new stage in the development of VALOREM Group, a pioneer in renewable energy in France and a committed stakeholder in the energy transition in Europe, following the entry of a new consortium of minority shareholders (AIP, BPI, IDIA) at the start of 2025.

As CEO of VALOREM Group, Corentin Sivy will be responsible for accelerating the company’s development in France and internationally, reinforcing its role as an independent pioneer in renewable energy, and strengthening its contribution to energy sovereignty and the ecological transition.

Corentin Sivy, a career dedicated to renewable energy

Aged 42, Corentin Sivy has nearly 20 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector. A graduate of Aix-Marseille University, Sherbrooke University and EDHEC Business School, he has built a solid career with leading energy players, giving him a strategic and international perspective on the challenges of the energy transition.

After more than ten years as Director of Development (France) at BayWa r.e., he joined Q ENERGY as Deputy CEO France. In this position, he led the implementation of strategic projects in wind, solar, and storage, and was actively involved in the sector as a board member of the French Renewable Energy Association. His technical expertise, combined with his recognized ability to bring teams together around major projects, has enabled him to sustainably support the growth of major players in the industry.
