VALOREM and T&T PROENERGY enter into a co-operation agreement on +300 MW solar PV projects development in Poland
French independent green energy operator VALOREM and its local partner T&T PROENERGY, developer and general contractor of photovoltaics power plants operating on Polish market since 2011, signed a co-operation agreement for the development of +300 MW of solar PV projects in Poland. The agreement covers the development of early-stage projects until ready-to- build.

VALOREM has established its subsidiary in Poland in 2021 with a dedicated local team focused on development, financing, construction and operation of solar, wind and battery projects. VALOREM is also acting in greenfield development from the pre-feasability phase up to the production of renewable electricity.
This partnership aligns with VALOREM’s expansion strategy across Europe. Already active in Finland and Greece with 2GW of wind and solar projects under development and construction, VALOREM aims to contribute to the energy sovereignty of the continent and to secure a consistent supply of affordable green electricity.
