Article 1: Processing of personal data
Data controller
The website www.valorem-energie.com is published by VALOREM, a simplified joint stock company located at 213 cours Victor Hugo, 33130 Bègles, registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 395 388 739 (“Valorem”).
In order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, VALOREM has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO ensures compliance with the rules governing the protection of your personal data. Data transfer
The information collected is not transferred outside the European Union.
Human rights
All users have the right to access, rectify, oppose, erase, restrict and transfer their personal data by submitting a written request accompanied by a copy of their identity document and specifying the address to which the data controller’s response should be sent.
